We’re delighted to welcome you to Loupian, just outside Bouzigues, in the birthplace of the Mediterranean oyster.
Between the oyster huts, you can sample our Tarbouriech and Bouzigues oysters, the famous mussel brasucade, locally caught shellfish and much more, accompanied by a fine selection of local wines, while gazing at the breeding tables and the ballet of oyster-farming barges.
It’s this art of living and conviviality that we want to share with you in a timeless setting.

“Passionate oyster farmers, our story owes everything to a family passion that has been passed down for three generations.
Originally, Pierre Tarbouriech, my grandfather who passed away too soon, decided to leave the vineyards for oyster farming. Called St Pierre, this new tasting room is a perpetual memory of his.
Maison Tarbouriech has become the symbol of an art of living focused on agri-tourism, local produce and well-being. Tastings, tours of our production facilities and ostreatherapy combine to give you a unique experience.“
